Job Title: Account Manager Corporate Sales Japan Office Automation

Headsup Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our Corporate Sales team in Japan. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing mid-size accounts and developing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with potential accounts and mid-to-large corporate customers
  • Map accounts and validate business potential
  • Focus on account breakthrough and generating new business
  • Regular customer visits and create new business opportunities
  • Engage with various coordinates and explore cross-selling/up-selling opportunities
  • Meet annual/quarterly/monthly targets
  • Maintain a healthy funnel in terms of quality and quantity
  • Ensure sufficient funnel by performing daily tasks to meet revenue/unit targets
  • Follow proper process for order execution and meet customer expectations on deliveries
  • Ensure consistent CRM updates and timely reporting of relevant sales data
Requirements:
  • Minimum 16 years of experience in corporate sales/B2B sales/account management
  • Graduate in any stream/MBA
  • Preferred background/experience in printer IT hardware/telecom/ICT
