Aboutthe Role:

Asa Business Development Associate (Corporate Training) based inMumbai you will be instrumental in building and nurturingrelationships with corporate clients. Your primary focus will be onintroducing IIDE s comprehensive Digital Marketing training modulesto meet the specific upskilling needs of various industries. Youwill be responsible for lead generation sales conversions andclient collaboration to design customised trainingsolutions.




KeyResponsibilities:
  • ClientAcquisition & Management: Identifyand engage with decisionmakers in corporate organizations topromote IIDE s digital marketing training programs. Build andmaintain strong longterm client relationships to position IIDE asthe preferred trainingpartner.

  • CustomSolution Development: Collaborate withinternal teams including the Faculty team to design tailoredtraining programs that align with client needs offering modular orfullcourseoptions.

  • SalesStrategy & Target Achievement:Develop and implement strategies to meet monthly and quarterlysales targets focusing on new business opportunities and enhancingexisting clientpartnerships.

  • MarketAnalysis & Reporting: Conductresearch to stay informed about corporate training needs and trendsproviding regular reports on sales activities client engagement andmarketinsights.

  • Travel:Willingness to travel within and outside Mumbai for client meetingsindustry events and networking opportunities to drive businessgrowth.





Requirements

MustHave:

  • 25years of experience in B2B sales preferably in the education ortrainingsector.

  • Aproven track record of successful corporate sales and the abilityto travel frequently for clientengagements.

  • Strongverbal and written communication skills with the ability toeffectively present the value of digital marketingtraining.

ShouldHave:

  • Knowledgeof corporate training needs particularly in digital marketing orupskillingprograms.

  • Experiencein managing client relationships and familiarity with CRM tools totrack salesactivities.

NicetoHave:

  • Previousexperience in the EdTech industry or a background in corporatetrainingservices.

  • Anestablished professional network within the corporate sector thatcan facilitate business developmentefforts.
