Role Description

This is a full-time role. As a Sales Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for lead generation, market research, and complete sales cycle management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the complete sales process for the assigned region, covering all stages from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Engage with Senior Decision-Makers: Build relationships and hold strategic discussions with C-level executives, delivering value-based pitches to align solutions with their business needs.
  • Strategic Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute robust sales strategies with clearly defined monthly, quarterly, and annual targets to ensure consistent year-over-year growth.
  • Business Acquisition and Prospecting: Actively identify, target, and pitch to potential clients in alignment with strategic business goals, creating a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Comprehensive Sales Lifecycle Oversight:

o Take ownership of the full sales lifecycle

o Lead generation and qualification

o Delivering persuasive presentations and proposals

o Solution customization and negotiation

o Finalizing agreements and contracts


Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales (BGV sales preferred) for at least 2 years
  • Analytical Skills and Market Research expertise
  • Client-Centric Solutioning with strong communication
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of data security and privacy measures
  • Enrolled in a relevant degree program (Business, Marketing, etc.)
