National Key Account Manager for various high quality audio Products - Modern Trade/LFR
Reporting Manager – Business Head
Responsibilities
Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
Identifying new business opportunities
Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
Maintaining and developing existing accounts, new customer acquisition and maintain right product mix.
Competitively positioning ORGANISATION offerings to the customers.
Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Improving customer satisfaction
Strategic Planning
Develop sales strategies and techniques based on the feedback of the customer and market environment.
Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and achieving market share metrics.
Developing, managing, and nurturing new business partnerships and accounts to accomplish volume and profit goals.
Creating product segmentation strategies wherever needed to maximize opportunities across different key accounts
Communicating brand identity to pertinent key business collaboration with business units and customer support.
Integrating and aligning sales plans with available processes, IT systems, talent and other areas in order to increase the capability and success of the sales force.
Team Management
Recruiting, leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure process efficiency and meeting of targets.
Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.
Skills and Specifications
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against a business strategy
Proven ability to interact effectively with senior level executives.
Able to manage effectively a cross-functional team.
Experience in developing sales strategies and performance metrics.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Leadership ability, entrepreneurial attitude and a good team player.
Advanced computer program skills like Microsoft Word, Excel and so on.
Strong training and presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
Able to work under pressure and close deadline
Qualifications
Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business
7 to 12 years' of relevant work experience
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
