One Identity Role Management Specialist
Location: India (Metro Cities) | Hybrid/Remote
Experience: 7+ years
Join us to design and implement advanced Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) solutions using One Identity Manager and drive seamless access management for leading enterprises. Your expertise in access control, compliance, and integration will play a key role in enhancing organizational security.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand access control requirements and translate them into RBAC policies and workflows within One Identity Manager.
Solution Design: Design and architect RBAC solutions using One Identity Manager, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals and security standards.
Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize One Identity Manager to meet specific business needs, including defining roles, permissions, workflows, and approval processes.
Integration: Integrate One Identity Manager with other IT systems and applications (e.g., HR systems, Active Directory, ERP systems) to ensure seamless provisioning and de-provisioning of access rights.
Testing and Deployment: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality and performance of RBAC solutions before deployment.
Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals, to support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of RBAC solutions.
Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support teams on the use of One Identity Manager for access control and provisioning activities. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure RBAC solutions comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and internal policies related to access management and data security.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with One Identity Manager features, releases, and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance RBAC implementation and management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience as a One Identity Role Management Specialist or similar role, with hands-on experience implementing RBAC solutions using One Identity Manager.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of One Identity Manager (formerly Quest Identity Manager) functionalities, including role modeling, entitlements management, access certification, and integration capabilities.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand complex access control requirements and translate them into RBAC designs and workflows.
Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and document technical solutions.
Certifications: Preferred certifications include One Identity Manager Certified Professional (OIMP) or similar certifications demonstrating proficiency in One Identity Manager.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
