Business Development AssociateIn today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, our business development team is dedicated to forging meaningful connections with visionaries who are shaping the marketing industry.We are seeking a highly motivated and digitally savvy Business Development Associate who excels at building relationships and converting conversations into opportunities.This role involves working remotely, driving outreach efforts, researching, reaching out, and securing face-to-face meetings that bring value to our organization.Main Responsibilities:Conduct targeted outreach to CMOs of large companies via email and phone calls.Manage and maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in CRM systems.Develop personalized and compelling outreach messaging aligned with our value proposition.Book qualified face-to-face meetings for our senior sales and strategy team.Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach campaigns and improve conversion rates.Track and report weekly activity, meeting targets for outreach volume and meetings booked.Requirements:Minimum 2-3 years of experience in remote sales support, lead generation, or business development roles.Proven track record of booking meetings with senior stakeholders (ideally C-suite level).Expert-level proficiency in sales software platforms.Strong familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.Based in a time zone aligned with UAE (or flexible to work within UAE business hours).About the Opportunity:Be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team driving business growth.Develop your skills in sales, marketing, and business development.Enjoy a remote work environment with flexibility and autonomy.
