Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate, located in Pune. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through market research and lead generation activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating presentations, delivering impactful pitches to clients, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives. The associate will also play a key role in cultivating client relationships and supporting the growth initiatives of the organization. Qualifications - Strong presentation and presentation creation skills - Proven expertise in lead generation and market research to identify business opportunities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively - Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant business development software - Prior experience in real estate, redevelopment, or consultancy sectors is advantageous - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
