Job Description DDE UHP is a pioneering provider of ultra-high purity process utility systems serving the semiconductor, PV Solar and other high-tech industries. With a deep-rooted legacy in turnkey solutions for the life sciences industry, we bring unmatched expertise in designing, manufacturing and installing complex utility systems. We are seeking a driven and detail oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping high-precision, mission-critical systems for the semiconductor industry. Job location : Pune | Mumbai Responsibilities : - Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities with semiconductor fabs, PV solar manufacturers, and high-tech clients. - Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and projects, tracking progress through CRM tools. - Build and manage strong client relationships, acting as the key contact for strategic accounts. - Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure alignment of business proposals with execution capability - Analyze market trends, industry reports, and competitor activity to inform business development strategy - Represent DDE UHP at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking forums to build visibility and partnerships. - Review client RFPs, coordinate with design and engineering teams, and prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and bids. - Provide periodic reports on business development performance, forecasts, and strategic insights. Qualifications and Skills : - Bachelor s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field - 6+ years of experience in mechanical or process system design, preferably in the semiconductor industry - Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software, especially Autodesk Inventor - Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for ultra-high purity process utilities - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines - Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team - Team-oriented and collaborative; exceptional listening skills and ability to manage through influence - Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity, with a visionary and innovative mindset - Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English Note: Only candidates with experience in Solar and Semiconductor domains should apply for this position.
