Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Client Servicing Executive to join our team. As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing client accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction with our products or services.You will understand client requirements and communicate them to internal teams to ensure service delivery meets expectations. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or products to clients and work together with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services.Other key responsibilities include preparing and presenting service proposals, contracts, and agreements to clients, staying updated with industry changes, and sharing relevant information with clients. You will also manage end-to-end event projects, create and conduct effective presentations for clients and internal teams, and consistently meet and exceed quality delivery.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.At least 2-3 years of client servicing and event management experience.Good presentation skills (PPT).Willing to travel.Strong experience in participating in new business pitches.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities to address client issues and concerns effectively.Must be highly motivated, passionate, and goal-oriented.Must be able to work with minimal supervision.Benefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to grow your career and contribute to the success of our organization.
