Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Onboarding Manage end-to-end onboarding of clients for STRATIST Build and nurture long-term client relationships Act as the primary point of contact for client communication Digital Marketing Design Execution Oversee digital marketing campaigns across social media email and other platforms Support in content creation and design-related requirements Track campaign performance and suggest improvements Operations Payments Manage day-to-day operational activities of client accounts Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation Maintain accurate records of client activities and transactions Business Growth Strategy Work closely with the leadership team to drive STRATIST s business growth Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services Contribute ideas to enhance customer experience and overall revenue growth Requirements Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field 2 years of experience in digital marketing and design Strong communication and client management skills Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and design platforms Canva Adobe Suite Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver on time Result-oriented with a growth mindset Benefits What We Offer Competitive salary 25 000 - 35 000 per month Opportunity to work in a growing impact-driven organization Exposure to diverse clients and projects Collaborative and creative work environment in Jayanagar Bangalore
