Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. • 5 to 6 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools. • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. • Relevant industry knowledge and experience is a plus
