We are seeking sharp and persuasive specialists to re-engage customers whose plans have expired, ensuring they get back on their path to financial success with us.This is a critical, high-energy role for someone who loves a challenge and is motivated by results.What You'll Do:Lead Consultative Renewals: Connect with customers whose plans have expired. This isn't just a reminder call, you'll act as a consultant to understand their needs, skillfully overcome objections, and powerfully resell the value of continuing their journey with Prosperr.Drive Performance with Discipline: Methodically manage a pipeline of expired accounts using CRM tools. Your structured follow-ups and relentless drive will be key to consistently achieving and exceeding your monthly reactivation targets.Be the Voice of the Customer: Act as our critical feedback loop. You’ll uncover the "why" behind customer churn and share these valuable insights with our Product teams to help us build a more valuable platform.What We're Looking For:Experience: 1+ year in a target-driven role like B2C Sales, Renewals or Retention. Experience in the fintech space is a strong advantage.Communication: Flawless spoken English with a clear, confident, and persuasive communication style that builds rapport quickly.Proven Performer: A demonstrable history of consistently meeting or smashing monthly targets. You thrive on achieving goals.Winning Mindset: You are resilient, highly coachable, and hungry for growth.
