This isn't just a reminder call, you'll act as a consultant to understand their needs, skillfully overcome objections, and powerfully resell the value of continuing their journey with Prosperr. Drive Performance with Discipline: Methodically manage a pipeline of expired accounts using CRM tools. Your structured follow-ups and relentless drive will be key to consistently achieving and exceeding your monthly reactivation targets. Be the Voice of the Customer: Act as our critical feedback loop. You’ll uncover the "why" behind customer churn and share these valuable insights with our Product teams to help us build a more valuable platform.
