JobRole:To address all SalesTraining needs of Defence in the East zone. To recruit traincertify and manage a team of Cluster Training Managers/ RTMs. Thejob involves conducting a detailed Training Need Analysis takinginto account all mandatory training & needs/objectives ofthe channel. Develop/Support development/validate trainingcontent/modules to address specific training needs. To maintain allTraining Records as required by the regulators and internalprocess. To ensure clean audit on all training process. To supportthe Head Sales Training in creating an Annual Training Budget andensure adherence through diligent cost control. To Facilitatedevelopment and career progression of the mapped trainers. Todevelop & deliver through the team special Trainingmodules/ projects on a Pan India basis for assigned Projects andCHOICe Sales team. To review / ensure positive Sales Quality scoresof mapped zones. To conduct monthly physical hub checks by self and/ or trainers and report non compliance (if any) on regulatory andprocessadherence.
