Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day Sales, Service, and Customer experience metrics within their designated region. This includes tracking retail partner/dealer metrics and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth sales operations.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and presentation skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working in cross-functional teams and Agile methodologies is highly valued.

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with 4-5 years of background in operations/retail sales, preferably in the automotive or FMCG industry. Experience working in a startup environment is also an asset. Additionally, knowledge of Agile ways of working and certifications are desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering is preferred, although other branches are also considered. An MBA is not required but can be beneficial.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
