We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management Director to join our team at Dotflick Solutions. As a key member of our program management group, you will play a critical role in overseeing the successful delivery of IT projects and programs.

About the Position:

  • We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to lead the development of project scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives, working closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers.
  • You will oversee program and project teams to optimize return on investment, coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives, identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors, and develop and manage budgets for projects.
  • As a Program Management Director, you will analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, produce program reports for managers and stakeholders, and ensure all parties are on track with Program requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • In this role, you will facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of impacts on schedule and budget, and coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to clients.
  • You will also identify and develop new opportunities with clients, ensure high service standards for clients, and establish methodologies to set productivity and quality targets and assess results for all projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Full project life cycle ownership; successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
  • Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities.
  • Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chair the project management team meetings.
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
  • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
  • Participate and/or drive feasibility studies, vendor selections and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in program management, preferably in IT program management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects and programs on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year.
