This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely application of customer payments and maintaining clean financial records in NetSuite. Selection ProcessShortlisted candidates after a first virtual round will undergo a basic in-person assessment to evaluate:General aptitudeAccounting and domain knowledgeSoft skills and comprehensionSpreadsheet proficiency (Excel) Key ResponsibilitiesApply incoming payments (Checks, ACH, Wire, EFT, Credit Cards) to customer accountsReconcile unapplied cash and resolve payment discrepanciesMaintain accurate records in NetSuite and ExcelExtract and share daily/weekly/monthly bank and cashflow reportsSupport month-end and quarter-end closing activitiesAssist in bank and customer account reconciliationsCollaborate with AR and collections teams to resolve issuesIdentify and implement process improvements and automation opportunitiesProvide audit support and ensure compliance with financial controls QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)Minimum 4 years of experience in cash applications in a fast-paced environmentStrong working knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP systemsProficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, etc.)Familiarity with US banking systems and payment methodsExcellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a teamUnderstanding of accounting principles and practices Good to HaveExposure to US GAAP, SOX compliance, and revenue recognitionExperience with tools like Jira, JPM Access, and NetSuite scriptingFamiliarity with US business culture and client expectationsUnderstanding of tax implications and audit processes Ready to be part of a global transformation journey?Apply now and join a team that values innovation, learning, and career growth.
