Your empathetic communication and service-oriented mindset will help us create meaningful, positive interactions with customers who are seeking guidance, clarity, and support on their mindfulness journey.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer interactions across WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channelsProvide prompt, polite, and solution-oriented supportUnderstand customer needs and offer accurate information about our products and experiencesMaintain customer records and follow up to ensure satisfactionCollaborate with internal teams (operations, product, content) for issue resolutionUphold Satmi’s values of mindfulness, empathy, and clarity in every interactionAssist in enhancing the overall customer support processRequirementsGraduation in relevant field Good communication skills in Hindi and EnglishAbility to manage WhatsApp-based queries and callsStrong interpersonal skills, patience, and a customer-first mindsetAbility to remain calm, composed, and mindful in conversationsPrior customer care experience preferredBasic understanding of phone/computer tools and CRM platforms (bonus)
