Role Description
This is a full-time role for a New Client Acquisition & Business Development position The role involves acquisition of new Customers & markets for Sheet Metal Components ranging from Enclosures for different industries ranging from Power Utilities, Renewables, Smart city , IT System integrators, Defence, Marines etc..
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business development, and account management for Sheet metal industry is must .
- Should have at least 5 years or more in the relevant field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Excellent Techno Commercial Knowledge to win Business through Competitive Pricing/Technology and Maintain Topline and Bottomline through Price negotiations.
- Ability to strategize and implement Business plans to meet Budgeted Growth Targets.
- Ability to get the receivables collection on time and monitor/resolve any disputes with the customers timely to eliminate any bad debts.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Masters Business Administration.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
