The Role :
We’re looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) and Training Lead to spearhead capability-building and ensure service quality for our team of Field Service Engineers
The purpose :
Enhance the technical skills of our FSEs while implementing rigorous quality assurance processes to maintain compliance and service excellence.
Key aspects of the role
- Training needs assessment, plan creation and implementation, new joiner induction, training effectiveness etc
- Establish and monitor quality assurance processes aligned with ISO 13485 and regulatory standards.
- Analyze skill gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and coach remote teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Generate actionable insights from service data to enhance customer satisfaction.
The person for the role :
- A degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or related technical field with certifications in QA (e.g., ISO 13485) or Training preferred.
- 5 years in field service operations, quality assurance or training in the medical devices or healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership, technical expertise and the ability to manage training and QA programs for remote teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and culturally adaptable with a commitment to fostering excellence.
Key outcome areas
- Training effectiveness measured through post-training evaluations and FSE performance metrics.
- Quality compliance rates against ISO 13485 and internal benchmarks.
- Reduction in service errors and enhanced first-time fix rates.
- Completion of skill gap analysis and training rollouts within defined timelines.
- Improved customer satisfaction scores and service consistency.
CTC for the role : INR 30 to 40 K+/- per month / negotiable based on the experience.
