Chennai, India A Leading Distributor Of Global Brands In Medical Devices Space Full time

The Company : Shared services COE unit of a leading distributor of medical devices & technical services provider in Africa.   The key aspects of the role : Creating, directing, and implementation of the road map for business development. Vendor-Product-Client strategy development & deployment Project management of various vendor initiatives with clients Opportunity pipeline creation and management Conversion management CRM management Effective Management of client outcomes Lead a team of 3 to 5 Key accounts executives remotely.   The person for the role 5 to 8 years of B2 B marketing experience, preferably with medical devices/healthcare space A good understanding of buying process in labs and hospitals will be a big plus. Proven track record of lead generation Strong analytical skills Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience with account-based marketing Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with CRM Remote team management Travel : Willingness to travel atleast once in 2 months outside India for supplier / clients / team visits.   CTC for this role : Range of INR 60 K +/- per month gross, based on the experience band.   A great learning opportunity for people in their early career looking to build their expertise in the customer service function
