The Company :

Shared services COE unit of a leading distributor of medical devices & technical services provider in Africa.

 

The key aspects of the role :

  • Creating, directing, and implementation of the road map for business development.
  • Vendor-Product-Client strategy development & deployment
  • Project management of various vendor initiatives with clients
  • Opportunity pipeline creation and management
  • Conversion management
  • CRM management
  • Effective Management of client outcomes
  • Lead a team of 3 to 5 Key accounts executives remotely.

 

The person for the role

  • 5 to 8 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with medical devices/healthcare space
  • A good understanding of buying process in labs and hospitals will be a big plus.
  • Proven track record of lead generation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with account-based marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM
  • Remote team management


Travel : Willingness to travel atleast once in 2 months outside India for supplier / clients / team visits.

 

CTC for this role :

  • Range of INR 60 K +/- per month gross, based on the experience band.
