Position Title

Sales and Business Development Manager

Location required

Preferably from Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Chennai

Experience

Relevant experience of 5+ yrs in Training / IT Sales / System Integrators (SI) Sales / Hunting Role / Sales only / B2B/ Technology consulting / Management consulting

Preferred Industry

Corporate Training / Software Sales / ITES / IT Training / Technology consulting / Management consulting

Job Description

  • Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and new connects.
  • Researching, planning and implementing new target market initiatives.
  • Meeting new, existing and potential clients and building positive relationships.
  • Creating business development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections.
  • Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
  • Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies.
  • Preparing financial projections and sales targets
  • Producing reports for management


Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of industry-related experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Deep understanding of customer relationship management principles
