Job Title : Inside Sales Executive
Location : Pune, Maharashtra
Job Type : Full-Time
Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media.
Engage with leads to understand their requirements, align our services to their needs, and build strong relationships through ongoing communication and follow-ups.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions and their benefits.
Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas, continuously working to increase sales revenue and market share.
Qualify leads to determine their suitability and potential as customers. Manage and prioritize leads in the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach to sales and customer engagement.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
-  Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
-  Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-  Self-motivated and results-oriented.
-  Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
-  Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
-  Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
