About the Role:
RPS Consulting Pvt. Ltd, a 100% subsidiary of NIIT, is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join their team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in training, IT sales, or system integrators sales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, researching new target markets, and building positive relationships with clients. They will also create business development plans, forecast sales targets, and prepare financial projections.

We offer a competitive salary package of ₹15 lakhs per annum, based on industry standards and location. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong negotiation and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and new connections
  • Research and implement new target market initiatives
  • Meet existing and potential clients and build positive relationships
  • Create business development plans and forecast sales targets
  • Pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle
