Sales Opportunity at Design Cafe

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Design Cafe in Pune, Yerawada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills.

About the Role

This is an Individual Contributor role where you will be responsible for making outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high-quality leads for sales. You will identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Additionally, you will seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise, follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary, and manage a large number of outbound calls in a timely manner.

You will also be responsible for documenting all call information in the CRM according to standard operating procedures, meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets, developing and executing strategies to drive business in new and existing markets, owning the Sales funnel & driving Sales Closure, and driving sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high-quality leads for sales.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise.
  • Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary.
  • Manage a large number of outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Document all call information in the CRM according to standard operating procedures.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
  • Owning the Sales funnel & driving Sales Closure.
  • Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.

Your Qualifications:

  • A graduate in any stream (10+2+3 regular education).
  • Minimum 3 plus years of experience in inside sales or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
