Job Title: AGM - HRThe role of Assistant General Manager Human Resources is pivotal in leading talent management and HR operations from the company's head office.This highly accomplished HR professional will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy development.Key responsibilities include implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, and nurturing a positive working environment with the workforce.Additional duties include overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, supervising Payroll, policies and benefits program, and serving as a strong HR Business Partner to cross-functional leaders.Requirements:MBA in Human Resources (2-year full-time) from a reputed institute with 12-22 years experience in talent acquisition and management.Will report to the Head-HR.Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.Preferred Skills:HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).Employee Relations.Performance Management.Talent Acquisition.Employment Law.Talent Development.Business Acumen.Strategic Planning.Benefits:Our clients offer excellent salaries and opportunities for career growth.The position requires a highly accomplished HR professional who can lead talent management and HR operations effectively.
