About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring seamless talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee management processes.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR practices and policies, with the ability to handle confidential information and maintain accurate records. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with team members and across functions.Experience in recruitment, particularly in non-IT sectors, is highly valued, as is familiarity with performance management programs.
