Role Overview:We are looking for a passionate People Success professional who loves hiring great talent and designing meaningful experiences for employees. This role is a blend of Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement, ensuring we attract the right people and help them thrive within Hack2skill.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition (80%)Manage end-to-end hiring across functions — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Maintain a strong pipeline using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and employee referrals.Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define evaluation criteria.Conduct HR rounds and negotiate offers while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Manage recruitment dashboards, job postings, and applicant tracking systems.Employee Engagement (20%)Plan and execute engagement initiatives: recognition programs, cultural activities, fun Fridays, festival celebrations, etc.Support internal communication to foster a positive and informed work culture.Assist in pulse surveys, feedback analysis, and action planning to improve employee morale.Facilitate onboarding orientation, buddy programs, and new-joiner experience.Participate in designing and implementing HR policies and wellness programs.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or broader HR roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive with stakeholder management and multitasking abilities.Familiarity with HR tools (ATS, HRMS) is a plus.What We Offer:A fast-paced learning environment in the startup ecosystem.Opportunity to work closely with leadership on impactful people initiatives.Ownership, creativity, and the freedom to drive cultural transformation.
