Talent Acquisition ProfessionalAs a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for overseeing, guiding, and mentoring a team of recruiters supporting US and Canadian locations.You will help build a highly performing team that meets all talent acquisition objectives, addressing employee performance and conducting annual performance evaluations. You will also prepare HR metrics reports biweekly and present findings to talent acquisition and HR management.To succeed in this role, you must leverage diverse candidate pools to acquire top talent, expediting the recruitment process while implementing quality control measures to ensure timely requisition fulfillment. A deep understanding of the organization's culture and talent acquisition strategy is crucial, as well as partnering with HR and operations to develop unique requirements for each location and establish trust in the recruitment process.The ideal candidate will establish team performance goals, metrics, timelines, and a formal process to measure progress. You will also develop and execute plans to drive productivity improvements, enabling the team to achieve hiring goals. Additional duties may include leading cross-functional projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.We are seeking an experienced professional with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in US recruiting and 5+ years of US recruiting industry experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential, along with strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
