Continuously improve HR processes to support a high-growth environment. Education : MBA in HR or equivalent from a reputed institution. Experience : 8–12 years in HR, with at least 3 years working directly with founders. Startup Experience: Proven experience in scaling startups and handling high-growth phases. Track Record: Strong history in strategic HR, performance optimization, and leadership development.
