Role summary:

Talent acquisition

  • Manage the end-to-end client solutions processes from matching, pre-screening, report writing, interviews coordinating to contracting
  • Find and vet qualified talent for key client roles and projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements
  • Work closely with client-facing and support teams to efficiently fulfil client requests and enhance service delivery

Talent insights

  • Identify relevant market trends to understand the evolving needs of the industry and their impact on Outsized, our clients, and consultants, delivering valuable insights for informed decision-making
  • Develop comprehensive reports, analyses, talent pools, benches and thematic reviews to present findings and recommendations to clients

Professional development

  • Engage directly with and learn from senior leaders within the organisation
  • Participate in strategic projects across technology, sales, marketing, data, and operations


Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for documentation, presentations, and data analysis
  • Understanding and experience with recruitment platforms such as Naukri.com, , and IIM Jobs for effective talent sourcing
  • Ability to engage with and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on recruitment needs
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and provide solutions


Who Can Apply:

  • Are available for a full-time engagement with Outsized (graduates from 2021 onwards)
  • Can commence work within the next 30 to 45 days or sooner
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and talent acquisition


Logistics:

Onsite in Mumbai. Monday to Friday work week, promoting work-life balance
