We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Analyst in Revenue Operations to join our team in Gurgaon, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and automation, with experience in sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, or sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Analyze and process data from Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel files to provide actionable insights.- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.- Segment Focus: Focus on a specific sales segment, working closely with stakeholders in both the headquarters and India.- Automation: Develop and implement automation processes to improve data accuracy and efficiency.- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives.- Stakeholder Management: Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of revenue operations initiatives.- Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, or sales strategy.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel.- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with a passion for data and automation.- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Flexibility: work at CET Times to effectively interact with the HQ in Germany
