We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Analyst in Revenue Operations to join our team in Gurgaon, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and automation, with experience in sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, or sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis : Analyze and process data from Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel files to provide actionable insights.Reporting : Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.Segment Focus : Focus on a specific sales segment, working closely with stakeholders in both the headquarters and India.Automation : Develop and implement automation processes to improve data accuracy and efficiency.Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives.Stakeholder Management : Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of revenue operations initiatives.Qualifications:
Qualifications:Experience : 5+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, or sales strategy.Technical Skills : Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel.Analytical Abilities : Strong analytical skills with a passion for data and automation.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Problem-Solving : Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility : work at CET Times to effectively interact with the HQ in Germany
