• Strong understanding of RFP and tender processes, with proven experience managing proposal lifecycles

• Relationship management and stakeholder management

• Excellent communication and presentation skills Proposal Management:

• Act as the single point of contact for RFPs, tenders, and inquiries received from Sales/BD teams.

• Lead the complete RFP/tender lifecycle, including pre-bid query resolution, solution presentation, and proposal submission.

• Prepare solution costings based on established parameters and collaborate with Sales on pricing strategies.

• Identify and fill information gaps, creating pre-bid queries as needed.

• Develop solution descriptions that address customer needs, ensuring clarity and completeness.

• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to identify additional business development opportunities within existing accounts. Stakeholder Management:

• Coordinate internal resources to consolidate proposal elements and ensure effective cross-functional program management.

• Work closely with other departments to expand Value Added Reseller and Solutions partnership programs.

Strategic Proposal Development:

• Create and manage complex business proposals and strategic partner programs.

• Align sales, marketing, and services activities with the company’s corporate strategy and partner goals.

• Develop and execute partner consistent communication across the partnership community.
