Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests via calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system and ensure timely resolution.
- Generate leads, support client acquisition, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Assist in creating engagement strategies for loyalty programs and corporate gifting solutions.
- Collaborate with the internal team to escalate issues and ensure smooth resolution.
- Meet daily/weekly performance metrics for customer satisfaction and lead conversion.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English (professional) and Hindi (conversational/professional).
- Prior experience in customer support, telesales, or inside sales will be an advantage.
- Proficient with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
