Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Customer Support Executive. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing online support, resolving customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering technical support. The role involves engaging with students and professionals to guide them through our services effectively.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in providing Online Support and Technical Support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in the education or research industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
