Introduction We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in building positive relationships with clients and maintaining the company’s reputation for excellent service. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset. Freshers are welcome, while candidates with experience in customer support, voice process, or chat/email support will be given preference. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Interaction & Support Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat queries in a professional and courteous manner. Listen actively to understand customer concerns and provide accurate information or solutions. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Guide customers through product usage, services, and troubleshooting steps when required. 2. Issue Resolution Analyze customer problems and provide quick and effective resolutions. Escalate complex issues to the senior support team or relevant departments for assistance. Ensure timely follow-ups on pending customer queries until resolution is achieved. 3. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in the CRM system. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on queries handled, resolutions provided, and customer satisfaction ratings. Provide valuable insights to the management team based on recurring customer issues. 4. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with internal departments such as sales, technical, and operations teams to resolve customer concerns. Share customer feedback and suggestions with the product and marketing teams for service improvements. 5. Customer Experience Enhancement Educate customers about new products, services, promotions, and offers. Build long-term customer relationships by ensuring a high-quality support experience. Strive to achieve company targets related to customer satisfaction (CSAT), response time, and first-call resolution. Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer support software. Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems will be an added advantage. Ability to handle multiple support channels like calls, chat, and emails effectively. Soft Skills Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local languages. Listening Skills: Ability to understand customer concerns accurately. Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and analytical approach to resolving issues. Patience & Empathy: Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally. Time Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
