Job Summary:We are hiring a Junior Account Executive with 1–2 years of accounting experience. This role involves basic accounting work, data entry, and handling day-to-day financial operations, including cash handling. Experience from a CA office is not required.Key Responsibilities:1. Perform basic accounting entries in Tally or other software2. Handle daily cash transactions, including receipts and payments3. Maintain records of cash and bank transactions4. Assist with GST, TDS, and invoice processing5. Prepare and maintain supporting documents and financial reports6. Support senior accountants in reconciliations and audits7. Ensure timely and accurate data entry and documentationSkills: Basic Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in financial data. Data Entry: Comfortable with entering financial data quickly and accurately into accounting software. Cash Handling: Experience with managing cash transactions and handling cash flow. Organization: Ability to manage and organize financial records and documents efficiently. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Xero, Excel). Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to collaborate with colleagues and handle client inquiries.
