Explain product features, terms, and benefits to customers in a clear and convincing way. Manage end-to-end loan documentation — pre and post-disbursal stages. Conduct and participate in promotional activities/events to drive sales. Maintain daily updates of leads, lead tracking, and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR). Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and operational standards. Generate cross-sell opportunities for other financial products.
