**We're Hiring**: Customer Service Executives (Freshers & Experienced Welcome) Location: L&T Powai, Andheri East, Mumbai Designation: Customer Service Executive Industry: Banking & Financial Services (Lead Generation Process) About the Role: As a Customer Service Executive, you will be part of a dynamic voice-based process, focused on lead generation for top financial institutions like ICICI Bank, Standard Chartered, and I-Securities. Your core responsibility will be to interact with potential customers over the phone and convince them to schedule appointments for banking and financial products. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential customers - Explain banking & financial products such as Credit Cards, Loans, Demat Accounts, Savings Accounts, and Insurance - Generate leads by convincing customers to book appointments - Maintain a professional and positive approach in all interactions - Meet daily call and appointment targets - Coordinate with the operations team and update reports Candidate Requirements: - Education: HSC (12th Pass) or above - Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible - Gender: Male & Female both can apply - Age Limit: 18 to 36 years - Language: Basic to Excellent English communication skills - Note: Regular college students are not eligible Job Details: - Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Day Shift) - Working Days: Monday to Saturday - Week Off: Fixed Sunday off - Salary: o Gross Salary: ₹16,400 to ₹23,139/month o Net Salary: ₹14,350 to ₹21,004/month - Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives - Salary is fixed based on attendance Interview Process: 1.
