Fresher to 1 year of experience in Business Development Executive Responsibilities and Duties Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Build relationships with prospective clients lead Generation Conducting web searches for company profiles and generating leads as per the requirements Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling emails networking and social media Proposal Creation and Negotiation Developing customized proposals and pitches in response to client requirements Negotiating terms pricing and contracts to close deals successfully Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Promote the company s products services addressing or predicting clients objectives Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines Keep records of sales revenue invoices etc Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople Must have worked in software like Upwork and Freelancer etc Qualifications Education level - B E Computer B E IT BCA MCA MBA Specific skills Proven working experience as a business development executive sales executive or a relevant role Proven sales track record Experience in customer support is a plus Experience bidding in Upwork freelancer writing proposals and cover letters Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software e g Salesforce Proficiency in English Market knowledge Communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport Time management and planning skills BSc BA in business administration sales or a relevant field Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental pay types Performance bonus Education Bachelor s Preferred Language English Required Work Location In person
