We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the sales efforts of our service business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executing sales and operations strategies in the US market, with a focus on identifying high-margin opportunities and helping the business pivot accordingly.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales growth strategy to drive revenue and profitability.
- Pursue new business opportunities, including direct client acquisition and partnerships.
- Build and manage high-performing sales teams, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement effective recruiting methods and procedures to increase team productivity.
- Define career paths, build leadership, delegate responsibilities, and control attrition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business plans, set targets, and achieve objectives.
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in the US market.
- Experience in identifying higher margin opportunities and helping businesses pivot accordingly.
- Strong analytical, communication, attitudinal, and leadership skills, with expertise in client management, team management, and negotiation.
