Job Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for research and outreach activities, including prospect identification, email campaigns, and proposal preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify prospective clients across target industries, utilizing market research and analysis.
  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns, leveraging strong communication skills and relationship-building expertise.
  • Support proposal development, capability presentations, and client engagement.

  • Collaborate with recruiters to align client requirements with candidate sourcing strategies.
Requirements
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, HR, or Marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce).
