Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (BPHR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving employee engagement, enhancing the overall employee experience, and ensuring compliance with local HR laws, regulations, and policies. This role partners closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives while maintaining best practices in workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner (BPHR) to business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and support.
  • Drive initiatives that foster high employee engagement and improve the employee experience across all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and address workforce challenges, including talent development, performance management, and retention strategies.
  • Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to local labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR regulations to mitigate risks and promote fair practices.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to implement programs related to compensation, benefits, learning & development, and organizational development.
  • Lead and support change management initiatives, communicating HR policies effectively to employees and management.
  • Analyze HR metrics and employee feedback to recommend improvements that enhance workforce productivity and engagement.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes ensuring compliance with local policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local compliance and regulatory changes impacting HR policies and procedures.
  • Act as a role model for organizational culture and values by fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • 6+ years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
  • Strong oral communication skills to work effectively with management and HR professionals
  • Project management skills to direct HR initiative
  • Team handling skills
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws, compliance, and HR regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage employees and leadership.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics to drive decisions.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
