Key Responsibilities of HR Manager:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including interviews and assessments
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with management and employees to facilitate open communication and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Align HR interventions with business objectives and strategy to ensure effective talent acquisition and retention
  • Responsible for the full cycle of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees, from job postings to exit interviews
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law to inform strategic decisions
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, productivity, and well-being
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for all levels of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
  • Participate actively in HR audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • People Oriented & Results Driven: Proven ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Strategies: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, improve talent acquisition processes, and increase diversity and inclusion in the workplace
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation & Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders, negotiate agreements, and present ideas effectively
  • Organizational, Critical Thinking, & Communications Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, think critically, and communicate complex ideas simply and clearly
  • Attention to Detail & Good Judgement: Meticulous attention to detail, sound judgement, and decision-making skills to navigate complex situations
  • Integrity, Professionalism, & Confidentiality: Commitment to acting with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all interactions
