
Human Resource Manager

This is a challenging role where you will be working closely with various departments to manage the company's workforce.
Your key responsibilities will include recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks ensuring that our team remains productive, motivated, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Recruitment: Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct job interviews, evaluate candidates, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Employee Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new employees including orientation, training, and integration into the team.
- HR Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and maintaining positive working relationships.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Benefits Administration: Coordinate employee benefits and assist with payroll processing.
- Project Support: Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles preferably in IT.
- Skills: Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
