Job Title Business Development Manager - Education Sector Location Greater Noida Experience 6 months - 2 years Type Full-Time We are looking for an innovative EdTech company that helps students become placement-ready through industry-aligned programs and immersive AR VR-based learning Our mission is to build stronger connections between academia and industry using cutting-edge technology and skill-based training Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Manager with 6 months to 2 years of experience preferably in the education or EdTech sector You will be responsible for identifying engaging and onboarding educational institutions colleges universities training centers to partner with Aalgorix for our placement readiness and AR VR programs Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with key stakeholders at educational institutions Placement Officers Training Heads Directors etc Pitch Aalgorix s solutions effectively via calls emails online meetings or in-person visits Schedule and deliver compelling product presentations and demos Assist in creating proposals MoUs and onboarding documents for institutional partnerships Maintain a lead pipeline track conversations and follow up to convert prospects into clients Collaborate with the product and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of programs Meet monthly and quarterly outreach and conversion targets Ideal Candidate Profile 6 months to 2 years of experience in business development sales or client engagement Prior experience in the education EdTech sector is preferred but not mandatory Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable speaking with senior education stakeholders and presenting to small or large groups Self-motivated organized and target-driven Proficiency in MS Office Google Workspace familiarity with CRM tools is a plus Willingness to travel occasionally to institutions or events What You ll Gain Fast-track career growth in the EdTech space Opportunity to work on high-impact products AR VR Placement Readiness Mentorship from senior leadership and exposure to institutional sales strategies Competitive salary performance-based incentives Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Experience Education Sales 2 years Required Edtech Sales 2 years Required Educational Sales 2 years Required Work Location In person
