We are looking for a proactive and passionate Business Development Executive to join our education team The candidate will play a key role in driving admissions promoting educational programs and building strong relationships with students parents and institutional partners Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education training sector Promote and sell online offline courses training programs and educational services Achieve monthly and quarterly admission enrollment targets Handle student inquiries and convert leads into admissions Build and maintain relationships with schools colleges and corporate partners Conduct presentations webinars and counseling sessions for students and parents Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns Prepare regular reports on lead status conversions and market trends Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or Education-related field 1 year experience in education sales admissions or EdTech business development Excellent communication counseling and presentation skills Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated target-driven and confident in handling client interactions Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools Preferred Skills Experience in EdTech coaching institutes or training centers Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies Multilingual communication skills added advantage Benefits Attractive incentives on admissions and sales performance Career growth opportunities in the education sector Friendly and supportive work environment Job Types Full-time Freelance Contract length 1 month Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Work from home Work Location In person
