
Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive and passionate Business Development Executive to join our education team. The candidate will play a key role in driving admissions, promoting educational programs, and building strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education/training sector.
- Promote and sell online/offline courses, training programs, and educational services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets.
- Handle student inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate partners.
- Conduct presentations, webinars, and counseling sessions for students and parents.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on lead status, conversions, and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Education-related field.
- 1 year experience in education sales, admissions, or EdTech business development.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in handling client interactions.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, or training centers.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Multilingual communication skills (added advantage).
